Biography

1988 - graduated with honors from the Pediatric Faculty of the Saratov Medical Institute. 1988-1990 - trained in clinical residency of the media. 1990-1993 - worked in the clinic of hematology and occupational pathology of the media as a doctor and deputy chief physician for medical work. 1993-2001 - worked in various positions in the apparatus for combating economic crimes of internal affairs of Privolzhsky Internal Affairs Directorate on transport of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. 1994-1999 - studied at the correspondence faculty of the Saratov Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, majoring in "Jurisprudence". 2001-2005 - was a teacher of the department of operational and investigative activities and special equipment of the Saratov Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. 2002-2006 - trained in adjuncture, after graduation he successfully defended his thesis "Scientific and tactical bases of using knowledge about the nervous system in the tactics of interrogating the suspect (accused)" for the degree of candidate of legal sciences. 2004 - successfully completed the training course at the International Academy of Law Enforcement (Budapest, Hungary). 2005-2009 - worked as a senior lecturer in the department of operational-search activities and special equipment of the SSI of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. 2009 - was the senior lecturer of faculty of legal sociology and psychology of SSI of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. 2009 (September) - 2011 (August) - worked as the senior lecturer of the department of operational-search activity and special equipment of the SSI of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. 2011-2012 - worked in the post of associate professor of the department "Management, Commerce and Law" of the Saratov State Technical University. Since September 2012 he is an assistant professor of the Department of Economic Theory and Labor Economics of the Saratov State Technical University named after Gagarin Yu.A. Since September 1, 2016 he has been working at the department "Economics of Labor and Production Complexes". He has the rank of colonel of militia in retirement.
