1981 - graduated from the Saratov Aviation Technical School. 1986 - graduated from the Saratov Polytechnic Institute. Since 1986 he has been working at the Saratov State Technical University. 1992 - defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences. 1997 - defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences. 1999 - awarded the academic title of professor. From 2003 to 2008 , he was deputy chairman of the Regional (Volga) educational and methodological center of higher professional education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. Accredited expert (Rosobrnadzor) in the field of education for state supervision of compliance with the law of the Russian Federation on education; Monitoring compliance with licensing requirements and conditions; state quality control of education and accreditation.
