Biography

Full member of the international professors association under UNIDO (since 1994). Member of the Academy of Navigation and Traffic Control of the Russian Federation. Member of the Academy of Quality Problems of the Russian Federation. Member of the Presidium of the educational and methodological association in the field of automated engineering. Member of 3 dissertational councils. 1966 - graduated from the Saratov Polytechnic Institute. He worked at the Saratov Electrical Appliance Plant as a radio engineer, then as an engineer, and later as a senior engineer. 1969-1972 - studied at the graduate school of the Moscow Automobile and Road Institute. 1972 - worked as an assistant at the Department of the APPM. 1973 - defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences. 1974-1990 - worked as a senior teacher, then assistant professor at the APPM department. Since 1990 , he has been head of the department "Metal-cutting machines and tools" (now - the department "Designing and computer modeling of process equipment in machine and instrument engineering"). 1994 - defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences, awarded the academic title of professor. He created a scientific school in the field of identification and optimization of the functioning of complex technical systems. He is a member of the Expert Council of the Higher Attestation Commission for Machine Building.
