Biography

1988 - graduated from the Saratov Higher Military Engineering School of Chemical Defense. It was sent for further service to the Civil Defense Staff of the Azerbaijan SSR. August 1992 - was appointed to the post of chief of the 507 chemical-radiometric laboratory of the headquarters for civil defense and emergency situations in the Omsk region. July 1997 - appointed to the post of head of the department of radiation, chemical and biological protection of the Main Directorate for Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Omsk Region. May 1999 - was appointed to the post of head of the department of radiation, chemical and biological protection of the Committee for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations under the Government of the Saratov region. July 2002 - appointed to the post of deputy minister (for protection) - head of the ITM department of the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations in the Saratov region. December 2003 - appointed Deputy Minister (Civil Defense, Population and Territory Protection) - Head of the Department (Civil Defense, Population and Territory Protection) of the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergencies of the Saratov Region. December 2004 - November 2010 - Head of the Civil Protection Department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry for Emergencies of Russia for the Saratov Region. From November 2010 until now - Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry for Emergency Situations of Russia for the Saratov Region (for protection, monitoring and prevention of emergencies) - head of the Civil Protection Department. Military rank Colonel received in 2003 (the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia from 01.10.2003 №169-VC).
