Biography
1965 - graduated from the Saratov assembly technical school, specializing in "Field geophysics". 1971 - graduated from the Saratov Polytechnic Institute, majoring in Automation and Telemechanics. 1975 - began work as a senior engineer of the laboratory at the ATM department of the Saratov Polytechnic Institute 1983 - defended his thesis at the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute.
