Education and Career 1971-1976 - trained at the Physics Department of the SSU. 1976-1991 - worked at the Research Institute of Chemistry of SSU. Since 1991 - he works in the Central Bank of Russia. 1989 - defended his thesis for a master's degree in "Solid State Physics". Since 2003 - head of the department for implementation and maintenance of software.
