1970 - graduated from the Physics and Mathematics Department of the Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute. 1969-1999 - was an employee of the Kostanai Pedagogical Institute, Kustanai State University, supervised a crystal growth laboratory. 1980 - graduated from the correspondence graduate school of the Institute of New Chemical Problems of the USSR Academy of Sciences in Chernogolovka. 1986 - defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, specializing in "Solid State Physics" at the AF Fizicheskaya and Technical Institute. Joffe. 2000 - defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Chemical Sciences in the specialty "Electrochemistry" in the SSTU. Since 2000 , he is a professor at the department "Chemistry" of the SSTU, a member of dissertational councils for the award of scientific degrees at SSTU (D 212.242.09), a leader in the scientific direction 02В.05 "Development of electrophysical methods for studying the structure, composition and properties of composite and nanomaterials, including number, in order to create new principles for constructing energy and information converters.
