Education and Career 1971 - graduated from the Kiev Civil Engineering Institute with a degree in architecture. 1971 - 1973 - engineer-architect, senior architect in the Saratov State Union Design Institute. 1973 - 1982 - graduate student, applicant, assistant, art. Lecturer of the Department of Architecture of SPI. 1981 - defended his thesis for a master's degree in architecture. 1982 - 1983 - Associate Professor, acting. Head of the Department of Architecture. 1983 - 1988 - head of the departmental department of the faculty. 1988 - 1999 - Deputy Dean of the ASF. 1999 - acting. dean of the ASF. Since 1978 - member of the Union of Architects of the USSR.
