Education and Career 1982-1987 - studied at the Faculty of Philology of the Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky, majoring in French Language and Literature. 1987-1997 - worked as a senior librarian of the Central Library System of the city of Saratov, head of the methodical department of the branch of the Centralized Library System of the city of Saratov. 1995-1997 - worked part-time in the position of assistant of the department "Social Work" of the Saratov State Technical University. 1997-2001 - held the position of the assistant of the department "Social work". 2001-2002 - Acted dean for work with foreign students of the SSTU. 2001-2012 - she held the post of associate professor of the department "Sociology, social anthropology and social work". From 2002 to the present, he is a research fellow at the Center for Social Policy and Gender Studies. 2002-2004 - Acted as the leading sociologist of the International Cooperation Department of the Saratov State Technical University. 2008-2011 - was a doctoral candidate of the Chair "Sociology, Social Anthropology and Social Work". 2011 - defended the thesis "Social Dynamics of Cultural Policy in Contemporary Russia" for the degree of Doctor of Sociology in specialty 22.00.06 - Sociology of Culture.
