Biography
Education and Career 1978 - graduated from the Faculty of Construction of the Saratov Polytechnic Institute, majoring in Industrial and Civil Engineering. From 1978 to 2004 he works on distribution in the Saratov Polytechnic Institute st. laboratory assistant, assistant, art. lecturer, assistant professor at the department "Building Constructions". In 1991 he was awarded the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences. In 2002 , he was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial and Civil Engineering. From 2004 to 2009 , he works as Deputy Head of the Kalyazinsky District and Head of Administration of Kalyazin, Tver Region. Since 2011 he has been working at the Saratov State Technical University as an associate professor of the "Architecture" department of the Construction and Architecture and Road Institute.
