Education and Career 1996 - graduated with honors from the Faculty of Transport Construction of the Saratov State Technical University with a degree in Construction of Highways and Aerodromes. 2000-2001 - worked as an assistant to the department "Construction and operation of roads" of the Saratov State Technical University. 2001 - defended the thesis for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences on the topic: "Evaluation of the quality of existing road clothes of non-rigid type, taking into account the soil moisture of the road bed (from the perspective of the risk theory)", specialty 05.23.11 - "Design and construction of roads, subways, aerodromes, bridges and transport tunnels "in the Volgograd State Architectural and Construction University. 2001-2013 - worked as an assistant professor of the department "Road construction and traffic management" (now - "Transport construction") Saratov State Technical University named after Gagarin Yu.A. 2002-2009 - was the secretary of the Academic Council of the Faculty of Transport Construction of the Saratov State Technical University. 2004 - awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the Department of Road Construction and Traffic Management of the Saratov State Technical University. 2005-2009 - Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Faculty of Transport Construction, Saratov State Technical University.
