Education and Career 1967 - graduated from the Physics Department of the SSU named after N.G. Chernyshevsky on the specialty "Radiophysics and Electronics." 1969 - 1973 - he studied at the post-graduate course of SPI. 1974 - was awarded the degree of candidate of technical sciences on the specialty 05.12.08 - "Electronic engineering and devices". 1999 - Doctor of Technical Sciences degree in specialty 05.12.21 - "Special-purpose radio engineering systems, including microwave technology and their production technology". 2000 - awarded the academic title of professor in the department "Raditechnika".
