Education and Career 2001 - graduated from the Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky in the specialty "Applied Mathematics". Enrolled in graduate school on specialty 01.02.05 "Mechanics of liquid, gas and plasma" SSU. 2003 - graduated with honors from the Volga Academy of Public Service named after P.A.
