Education and Career 1966 - graduated from the Saratov Polytechnic Institute. Remained to work at the department of "Technology of Mechanical Engineering". 1970 - successfully defended his thesis. 1977 - successfully defended his doctoral dissertation. 1979 - appointed head of the department "Technology of Mechanical Engineering". He created a highly qualified scientific and pedagogical team, together with whom he is searching for new technologies that are unconventional for machine building and for improving the accuracy and reliability of machines and mechanisms. He has wide and fruitful scientific and business contacts with many universities and organizations of the country, heads a specialized Council for the protection of candidate and doctoral dissertations, is the scientific leader of the direction that unites the scientific teams of several departments and laboratories of the SSTU.
