Biography

Education and Career 1969 - graduated from the Chemical Faculty of the Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky. 1972 - graduated from the graduate school of the Institute of Chemical Kinetics and Combustion of the Siberian Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences. 1972-1980 - was a research fellow at the Institute of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of the Siberian Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Inorganic Chemistry of the Siberian Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences. 1980 - defended his thesis. 1985-1997 - worked as the head of the laboratory of the research institute "Volna" NPO "Almaz". 1997-2000 - was a doctoral student at the Department of Technical Chemistry of the Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky, worked as an assistant professor of the department. 2000 - defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Chemical Sciences. Since 2000 , he is a professor at the department "Chemistry" of the SSTU, a member of dissertation councils for awarding academic degrees at the SSTU (D 212.242.09) and SSU (D 212.243.07), as well as deputy chairman of the Scientific and Technical Council of the SSTU in the scientific direction 02.01.01. "Modeling and synthesis of new materials and devices." 2004-2006 - was the head of the RFBR grant No. 04-03-32597-a. 2006-2008 - was the responsible executor of RFBR grant 06-08-01011-a, grant of the Ministry of Higher Education of the Russian Federation No. RNP 2.1.1.8014. 2007-2008 - was the head of the analytical departmental program "Supporting the Higher School Potential" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation WRCU (Grant 2.1.2 / 575, 2009). The experience of scientific and pedagogical work - more than 37 years, including more than 20 years of pedagogical work in higher educational institutions, institutions of advanced training. He heads the research group "Synthesis and research of nanomaterials" in the laboratory of submicron electronics of the Saratov branch of the Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, in collaboration with the Institute of General and Inorganic Chemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Science of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, , as well as studies on the tasks of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
