Education and Career 1963 - graduated from the Kazan Aviation Institute, specializing in "Gyroscopic devices and devices" 1968 - 1971 - graduate student of the Saratov Polytechnic Institute at the Department of Theoretical Mechanics. 1974 - defended his candidate's thesis on special subjects at the Leningrad Institute of Aviation Instrumentation. 1998 - defended his doctoral dissertation "Spectral methods of analysis and synthesis of distributed control systems" in the SSTU named after Gagarin Yu.A.
