Biography

Education and Career 1960 - graduated from the university. He began working in industry and design organizations. Since 1962 he has been working at the Saratov State Technical University. 1964 - entered the postgraduate course in the specialty "Theory of elasticity and plasticity". 1967 - defended his thesis. It sent a senior lecturer at the Department of "Higher Mathematics" (now - "Mathematics and Modeling"), Saratov Polytechnic Institute, where he was promoted from senior lecturer to head of the department. Since 1977 he is the head of the department "Higher Mathematics". 1978 - defended his doctoral dissertation at the Moscow Engineering and Construction Institute (MISI). 1979-1989 - supervised the faculty of general education subjects. 1981 - approved in the academic title of professor. 2012 - included in the roster of experts in the scientific and technical sphere. He created a scientific direction in the construction, justification and numerical implementation of new classes of equations of mathematical physics of hyperbolic-parabolic types, and found effective methods for their numerical solution. Recently, the department has been intensively developing a new direction, related to modeling in the field of biomechanics and stochastic dynamics. He pays great attention to the training of scientific and pedagogical staff: he leads graduate students in the SSTU (since 1979) and in the NGO "Mechanical Engineering" (Moscow, since 1985). He is a member of the editorial board of two intercollegiate collections: "Differential Equations" and "Applied Theory of Elasticity", Chairman of the Organizing Committees of the 3 All-Union Conferences on Nonlinear Problems in the Theory of Plates and Shells. As the editor has published 8 collections of scientific proceedings of conferences. Under his leadership, the XVIII International Conference on the Theory of Shells and Plates was held (September 1997). Four volumes of the conference proceedings were published. He conducts a large scientific-methodical and student scientific work. Successfully combines fruitful scientific, pedagogical and educational work with active social activities. For many years he is a member of specialized councils for the protection of candidate and doctoral dissertations. He is a member of scientific committees of international conferences 'Dynamical Systems - Theory and Applications', 1992, 1994, 1995, 1997, 1999, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2011; CHAOS 2008 (The 2 nd Chaotic Modeling and Simulation International Conference) Cyprus, Greece; CHAOS 2010 (The 3 rd Chaotic Modeling and Simulation International Conference) Cyprus, Greece.Education and Career 1960 - graduated from the university.
