Education and Career 1971 - graduated from the Saratov Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Electricity Supply of Industrial Enterprises and Cities. Since 1971 he has been working at the Saratov State Technical University named after Gagarin Yu.A. 1979 - graduated from the Saratov Institute of Patent Sciences, VOIR, with the award of the "Patents" qualification. 1987 - defended his thesis at the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (MEI), specializing in "Electrotechnical complexes and systems". 1990 - awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of the "Electricity supply of industrial enterprises" Saratov State Technical University. 1994 - graduated from the All-Russian Institute of Industrial Property and Innovation (Moscow), majoring in Patenting. 1995 - registered as a patent attorney of the Russian Federation (state registration No. 323), specialization "Inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks and service marks, appellations of origin". Since 1995 he is a consultant of the All-Russian Society of Inventors and Innovators (VOIR). Since 1995 he is a member of the Association of Russian Patent Attorneys (Moscow). 2004 - graduated from the World Academy of the World Intellectual Property Organization of the United Nations at the course "Basics of Intellectual Property". Since 2007 , he is a member of the Committee on Intellectual Property of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Saratov Region.
