Education and Career 2000 - graduated from the Russian State Open Technical University of Communications in the specialty "Automation, telemechanics and communications on railway transport", received the qualification "Railway Engineer - electrician". 2005 - defended his thesis "Automation of control of switch electric drives" for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in the Russian State Open Technical University of Communications. He worked as the chief of the track-research station, the senior electromechanic of the STS of the road laboratory of the signaling and communications service of the Volga Railway, the deputy head of the training department of the Russian State Technical University (Moscow), the assistant professor of the Department of Electrical Equipment and Electrical Engineering of the SGAU named after N.I. Vavilov, associate professor of the chair "Traction rolling stock" of the Moscow State University of Railways. Since 2009 , he has been working as an assistant professor of the department "Power supply of industrial enterprises" of Saratov State Technical University named after Gagarin Yu.A.
