Biography

Education and Career Honored Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation, Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Higher Education. He graduated from the Far Eastern State University (Department of Static Physics) with the award of the qualification "Physicist, teacher of physics". 1986-1989 - studied in full-time postgraduate study. 1989 - defended his thesis. 1993-1996 - trained in doctoral studies. 1997 - defended his doctoral thesis on specialty 05.08.06 - "Physical fields of a ship, ocean, atmosphere and their interaction". Since 1998 , he worked as a professor at the Far Eastern State Technical University (FESTU). From the same year he served as deputy director for scientific work of the Maritime Institute of FESTU. Since 2005 , he worked as a leading researcher at the Institute of Chemistry of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, where he became a professor at the Department of Physics of the SSTU.
