Biography

Education and Career 1990 - graduated from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Instrumentation of the Saratov Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Electronic Devices. 1998 - defended his thesis on the research of high-power microwave devices of the klystron type. 2013 - awarded the title of Associate Professor in the Department of Electronic Devices and Devices. 2015 - defended his doctoral thesis on specialty 05.27.02. - "Vacuum and plasma electronics" on the topic "Calculation and design of multi-beam spatially-developed resonance systems of microwave devices of klystron type and their hybrids". He has been working at the department since 1991 , as an assistant professor since 1998 , in the position of professor from 2016 . He was the deputy dean for academic work and international relations. He is one of the organizers of the preparation and holding of the International Scientific and Technical Conference "Actual Problems of Electronic Instrument Making" ( 2000 , 2002 , 2004 , 2006 , 2008 , 2010 , 2012 , 2014, 2016 ). 2005 -was the head of the grant "Development of a system for detecting a damaged area and receiving and transmitting information in the networks of distribution substations" in the framework of the program "Development of the scientific potential of higher education". 2006 - was the responsible executive of the grant "Investigation of physical processes in powerful multipath cliches". 2012 - 2013 - was the responsible executor on the topic "Investigation of physical processes in high-power multi-beam microwave electrovacuum devices with electrodynamic systems based on multimode resonators", carried out under the federal target program "Scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff of innovative Russia". 2013 - awarded a diploma for the III place in the competition for the best creative work of the faculty and scientific staff of the SSTU for 2012 in the nomination "Invention". Patent No. 2457572 "Microwave generator with a matrix auto-emission cathode with reflection of the electron beam". 2014 - awarded a diploma for I place in the competition for the best creative work of the faculty and scientific staff of the SSTU for 2013 in the nomination "Invention". Patent No. 2485618. "Microwave electric vacuum generator with reflection of the electron beam". 2014-2016 - was the responsible executor on the topic "Investigation of the possibility of creating new types of nanostructured vacuum microwave integrated circuits with matrix autoelectron cathodes and miniature resonant systems based on printed circuit boards" performed within the framework of the design part of the state task in the field of scientific activity of the Ministry of Education and science. 2016- was the responsible executor of the scientific project on the topic "Modeling of electromagnetic phenomena in the microwave system" fractal resonator-multipath electron stream ", which was supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research in the results of the contest" Competition of fundamental research projects ".
