Education and Career 1977 - graduated from the Faculty of Physics, Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky on the specialty "Radiophysics and Electronics." 1989 - defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences in the Council of the Saratov State University, specializing 01.04.03 - "Radiophysics, including quantum radiophysics." 1977-1991 - worked at the Research Institute of Mechanics and Physics at SSU. Since 1991 he has been working at the Department of General Physics of the Saratov State Technical University. February 1991 - May 1992 - worked as an assistant to the department "General Physics".
