Biography

Education and Career Honored Worker of the Higher School of Russia. 1977 -graduated from the Faculty of Construction of the Saratov Polytechnic Institute, majoring in Economics and Organization of Construction. Since 1980 he has been working at the Saratov State Technical University named after Gagarin Yu.A. 1989 - defended her thesis at the Central Research Institute for Construction Management of the USSR State Construction Committee (Moscow). 2006-2008 - studied at the doctoral studies of the Russian State Social University (Moscow). 1997-2000 - was a participant of the joint international project TEMPUS JEP 10356-97, devoted to the problems of modernization of economic education in Russia. I passed internships in Germany. 1995-2006 - was the head of the department "Management, Commerce and Law".
