Education and Career 1997 - entered the graduate school at the chair "Road construction and traffic organization" (now - "Transport construction") of the Saratov State Technical University. 2005 - defended the thesis "Design of roads on the condition of ensuring the safety of vehicles in areas of possible gliding (using the theory of risk)" on specialty 05.23.11 for the degree of candidate of technical sciences. At present he is an assistant professor of the department "Transport construction".
