Biography

Education and Career 1964 - graduated from high school and became a student of the department "Optics" of the Physics Faculty of the Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky. 1969 - graduated from the training with the award of the qualification "Physicist". In the same year he became a post-graduate student of the Department of Theoretical and Nuclear Physics. 1975 - defended the thesis "The processes of two-photon intercombination absorption and stimulated Raman scattering and the possibility of their use for generating infrared radiation" for the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences in the specialty "Optics" under the guidance of Professor M.Ya. Kovner. Since 1982 he has been working at the Saratov State Technical University. 2008 - defended the thesis "Mathematical modeling of transient processes in the propagation of laser pulses under single-photon and double resonance conditions" for the degree of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences in the specialties "Mathematical Modeling" and "Laser Physics".
