Biography
Education and Career 1973 - graduated from the Faculty of Physics of SSU. N.G. Chernyshevsky, specializing in "Radiophysics and Electronics." 1973- 1978 - worked as an engineer at the Research Institute "Volga" (currently Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Almaz"). Participated in the development of solid-state devices of hypersonic range and ultrasonic flaw detection systems. From 1978 to December 1992 he was the head of the group of developers of magnetometric equipment and the direction of magneto-optical methods of control. In 1990 he was awarded the title of "Best developer of the Ministry of Electronic Industry". From 1987 to 1990. was trained in the post-graduate course of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute. In 1996 he defended his thesis for a master's degree in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics. Since 1996 and up to the present time he has been working at JSC NII-Tantal as the head of the specialized design office of Physical Measurements and Medical Equipment. Took part in 12 research and development, in 9 of them - scientific supervisor of development. The results of R & D are implemented in Russia and abroad (Hungary, China, USA).
