Education and Career 1989 - graduated from the Saratov Polytechnic Institute, majoring in Economics and Organization of Construction. 1984-1986 - served in the Soviet Army at the Baikonur cosmodrome. 1990-1991 - worked as a bookkeeper of the 2nd category in the PCB of the PSPO "Agropromzhilstroyproekt". 1992-2001 - worked at the Saratov State Social and Economic University as a graduate student, senior lecturer, associate professor, senior researcher. 1997 - defended his thesis "Accounting and analytical support for the selection of a company's financial strategy." The academic title of the senior lecturer is assigned (the certificate of the senior lecturer DC № 012149). 2001-2004 - Head of the Department "Finance and Credit" of Saratov State Agrarian University named after N.I. Vavilov. 2003 - successfully defended his doctoral dissertation "Formation and implementation of the strategy of economic development of industrial enterprises" in the Samara State Economic Academy. Awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences (Diploma of Doctor of Science DK № 020844). 2005-2012 - was a professor at the Department of Economics and Management in Construction of the Saratov State Technical University named after Gagarin Yu.A.
