Biography
Education and Career 1984 -entered the postgraduate course at the chair "Construction of highways" (now "Transport construction" of the Saratov Polytechnic Institute. 1987 - defended his thesis "Processes of structure formation and structural and mechanical properties of cement-asphalt concrete on dispersed bitumen", specialty 05.23.05 "Building materials and products (technical sciences)". 1992 -awarded the academic title of Associate Professor of the Department of Geodesy.
