Education and Career 1995 - graduated from the Saratov State Technical University with a degree in Bridges and Transport Tunnels, qualified as a bridge builder and road engineer. 1995-1998 - studied in graduate school first of the department "Resistance of materials", and then the department "Bridges and transport facilities". 1999 - defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences "Calculation of compressible and bendable structural elements from non-linear multimodule reinforced material taking into account the effect of aggressive chloride-containing media" in Saratov State Technical University. The scientific adviser is Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor IG.
