Education and Career 1959 - started his career as a garage manager at the Kyzyl-Kiya Combine of Building Materials (Kirghizia). 1967 - graduated from the Saratov Polytechnic Institute. 1977 - awarded the degree of candidate of economic sciences (at the request of the Dissertation Council of the Moscow University of Management). 1994 - awarded the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences (at the request of the Dissertation Council of the St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance). 1989-2009 - held the post of the head of the department "Economics and management of road transport". 1996 - approved in the academic title of professor of the department "Economics and management of road transport". 2008 - opened the specialty "Logistics and Supply Chain Management". 2012-2016 - Professor of the Department of "Economics of Enterprises, Engineering Economics and Logistics". Since September 1, 2016 , Professor of the Department of "Economics of Labor and Production Complexes." Supervises research and production work and graduate design of students specialties in the department "Economics there and production complexes." Supervises the work of graduate students (15 protected Ph.D. theses).
