Education and Career 1996 - graduated from the Saratov State Technical University with a degree in Thermal Power Plants 2002 - defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences. 2002-2016 - was Deputy Head of the Department of Thermal and Nuclear Power Plants. 2010 - awarded the academic title of Associate Professor. From 2016 to the present - Associate Professor of the Department of Thermal and Nuclear Power Engineering named after A.I.
