Education and Career 2001 - graduated from the Saratov State Technical University (the department "Bridges and transport facilities") with the awarding of the engineer of communications in the specialty "Bridges and transport tunnels". 2001-2005 - studied in graduate school. 2005 - defended his thesis "Stress-strain state of a multilayer structure under the joint action of the load and the external environment (with reference to the calculation of pavement on bridge structures)" in Volgograd in two specialties: 05.23.17 - "Construction mechanics" and 05.23.11 - " Design and construction of roads, subways, airfields, bridges and transport tunnels. " During his postgraduate studies he worked in the Saratov branch of OJSC GIPRODORNII. 2002 (October) - 2007 (November) - worked as an engineer, and then as an engineer of the 1st category of the Engineering Survey Department No. 1, served as the head of the survey party. 2007 (November) - transferred to the Deputy Head of the Department of Artificial Structures No. 3. Since November 2008 , he is the head of the department of artificial structures No. 4.
