Education and Career 1977 - graduated from the Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky on the specialty "Chemistry". 1995 - defended his thesis for a specialty. 1995-2009 - worked at the Saratov Military Institute of Biological and Chemical Safety as a senior lecturer at the Department of Technologies for the Destruction of Chemical Weapons and Toxic Substances. Since 2010 , he is an assistant professor of the Department of Natural and Technospheric Security of the Saratov State Technical University named after Gagarin Yu.A. 2014 - awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the Department of Natural and Technospheric Security.
