Education and Career 1995 - graduated with honors from the Saratov Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering. In the same year he enrolled in full-time postgraduate study at the Saratov Polytechnic Institute. 1998 - successfully graduated from the graduate school: thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences "Development of the theory of calculation of reservoir structures taking into account defects of corrosive origin" on specialty 05.23.01 - "Building structures, buildings and structures" is protected on June 16, 1998 in the Penza State Architectural building academy. The scientific adviser is the academician of the Moscow Higher School of Economics and the Atomic Energy, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department "Bridges and Transport Structures" I.G. Ovchinnikov. 2002 - by the decision of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation No. 528-d of May 22, 2002, the academic title of Associate Professor in the department "Bridges and Transport Structures" (now - "Transport construction") was conferred.
