Education and Career 1969 - graduated with honors from the Saratov Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Electronic Devices. He began his career as an engineer of the branch of the Central Institute of Aviation Motors named after P.I. Baranova (Lytkarino, Moscow Region). He worked as an engineer at the Saratov Electrical Appliances Plant. 1971-1973 - served in the ranks of the Soviet Army. After graduation, he entered post-graduate studies at the Department of Electronics of the Saratov Polytechnic Institute. 1976 - graduated from the graduate school, elected to the post of assistant. 1982 - defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences. 1984 - elected to the post of associate professor. 1995 - defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences. 1996 - elected to the position of professor of the department "Electronic devices and devices" . 1997 - approved in the academic title of professor. 1999 - elected to the post of the head of the department "Electrical engineering and electronics" of the SSTU named after Gagarin Yu.A. Since 2016 - Professor of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics. Prepared for the protection of 13 candidates of science. He is a member of 2 doctoral dissertational councils. Actively engaged in scientific work as a scientific leader of state budget and economic research. He is the responsible editor of the scientific collection of the SSTU "Technical Electrodynamics and Electronics".
