Education and Career 1991 - graduated from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Instrumentation of the Saratov Polytechnic Institute. 1994 - graduated from Volga Region Personnel Center, specialty "State and Regional Administration". 1993-1997 - postgraduate study at the CSTU 2003 - awarded the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences on the specialty 05.12.07 "Antennas, microwave devices and their technologies". Since 1991 he works at the SSTU named after Gagarin Yu.A. at the Department of Radioelectronics and Telecommunications.
