Biography

Education and Career 1970 - graduated from the Instrument-Making Faculty of the Saratov Polytechnic Institute, specializing in "Gyroscopic instruments and devices". After graduation he worked at the Saratov Machine-Building Plant. 1975 - started working at the Saratov State Technical University. 1981 - entered the graduate school. 1982 - defended his candidate's thesis on special subjects. 1976-1990 - was responsible for the work "Research, development of theory and methods for calculating gyroscopes with hydrodynamic suspension," performed by decisions of the Commission at the Council of Ministers of the USSR. The work was completed by the serial production of a gyroscopic device and angular stabilization systems for the rocket launcher rockets Uragan and Smerch.
