Education and Career 1997 - graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky. 2003-2012 - worked at the department "Industrial and civil construction" of the Saratov State Technical University. 2003-2005 - studied at the post-graduate course at the Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky. 2007 - defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences.
