Education and Career 1957-1962 - studied at the Kiev Civil Engineering Institute with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering. 1973 - entered the full-time post-graduate course of the Moscow Engineering and Economic Institute. 1977 - defended his thesis on specialty 08.10.05 - "Economics, organization, planning and management in construction". 1983 - awarded the academic title of Associate Professor. 1983-2012 - worked as an assistant professor of the department "Industrial and civil construction". 1996 - elected a Corresponding Member of the Saratov Regional Branch of the Academy of Quality Problems. Since 2012 - works as an assistant professor of the chair "Building materials and technologies".
