Biography

Education and Career Honorary builder of Russia. Graduated from the Faculty of Physics, Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky. 1974-1985 - worked as a regulator, a master, the head of the assembly production at the assembly plant. 1986-1987 - held the post of head of the laboratory at the project institute. 1988-1990 - worked as the head of the laboratory in the scientific part of the SRI named after N.I. Vavilov. 1995 - was specially trained at the Institute for Advanced Studies in the course "Training of Professional Property Managers" at the St. Petersburg University. Since 1991 he is the founder, chairman of the Board of Directors of the company "LEPTA". 2003 (June) - 2008 (September) - headed the non-commercial organization he created - the association "Union of Developers". From September 2008 to the present time he is the first deputy chairman of the "Union of Developers". Since 2010 , he is co-chairman of the Povolzhsky Guild of Architects and Designers. Since 2008 he is the rector of the Higher School of Real Estate. 2008 (July) - awarded the title of "Honorary builder of Russia". Since 2011 , he is the chairman of the Board of the Civil Construction and Expertise Foundation named after S.A. Callistratova.
