Education and Career 2003 - graduated from the Saratov State Technical University with the award of the qualification "Civil Engineer". 2003-2006 - studied in graduate school at the chair "Road construction and traffic organization". 2006-2007 - was an assistant to the department "Road construction and traffic management" (now - "Transport construction"). 2006 - defended his thesis on "Prevention of deformations in the freezing of road structures from the perspective of the theory of risk." Since 2007 , he holds the position of Associate Professor of the Department of Transport Construction.
