Education and Career He received a higher education, studying at the Leningrad Mechanical Institute (now - the Baltic State Technical University "Voenmeh") and at the Physics Faculty of the Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky. 1994 - graduated from Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky with the award of the qualification of the engineer-physicist. 1994-1998 - was a graduate student of the Saratov State Technical University. 2005-2009 - was a doctoral student of the Saratov State Technical University. 1999 - defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences on specialty 01.04.10 - "Physics of semiconductors and dielectrics". 1999-2009 - worked as an assistant and assistant professor of the department "General Physics" of the Saratov State Technical University. 2009 - defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences majoring in "Solid State Electronics, Radioelectronic Components, Micro- and Nanoelectronics, Instruments for Quantum Effects". Since 2010 , he works as a professor at the Department of General Physics. The scientific work was repeatedly awarded with grants and grants from various domestic and international foundations and organizations: the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the European Union's INTAS program, the American Fulbright academic exchange program.
