Education and Career 1974 - after graduating from the secondary physics and mathematics school No. 13, he entered Saratov State University. N.G. Chernyshevsky at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, where he was a student of outstanding cybernetics and the organizer of science and education, the founder of the Saratov Cybernetic School, Anatoly Mikhailovich Bogomolov. 1985 - A.A. Sytnik received the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, and he was awarded the academic title of associate professor in the Department of Mathematical Cybernetics of the SSU (1986). 1993 - after training in doctoral studies at the Institute of Control Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences, he received a doctorate in technical sciences, and in 1994 he was awarded the academic title of professor in the department of theoretical bases of computer science at SSU. Currently A.A. Sytnik is a professor, head of the department of information and communication systems and software engineering. Experience of scientific and pedagogical activity Sytnik is 35 years old. He prepared 20 candidates and doctors of sciences, including 4 on the problems of social informatics. Particularly it should be noted his contribution to the formation of the new scientific direction "Social Informatics", which arose as a result of the transition to an information society. He organized the opening of educational specialties in the field of information and communication technologies: "Computing machines, complexes, systems and networks" (SSU), "Mathematical support and administration of information systems" (SGSEU), "Business Informatics" (SSSEU), "Specialist in the field of computer graphics and web-design" (SGSEU). Under the leadership of AA. Sytnik carried out a number of serious projects to create a single information scientific and educational space of the region, technologies and modern means of telecommunications, analyze the information needs of the scientific and educational sphere, and monitor the social and educational sphere. A.A. Sytnik made a significant contribution to improving the management of education, and also ensured the large-scale introduction of new high technology developments in the Russian education system as a whole. He is a member of a number of scientific and expert and specialized councils on the problems of cybernetics, informatics and information technologies.
