Education and Career 1977 - graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute with a degree in architecture, specialization in "Urban Development" 1982 - graduated from the graduate school of the Leningrad Civil Engineering Institute, defended her thesis on "Problems of reconstruction and development of the centers of the largest cities (by the example of Saratov)", awarded the degree of candidate of architecture.
