During this time, he passed the stages of scientific and pedagogical activity from the engineer of the research sector to the candidate of technical sciences, assistant professor. 1981-1997 - worked as an engineer in the research sector of the Saratov Polytechnic Institute, a research fellow at the Laboratory for the Integrated Use of Heat and Fuel, SPI, and studied in graduate school. 1997 - defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences in the scientific specialty 05.14.04 - "Industrial heat and power engineering". 1997-1998 - works as an assistant, and then a senior lecturer of the department "Industrial Heat Engineering". 1998 - elected to the post of associate professor. 2005 - awarded the academic title of Associate Professor. 2001-2016 - on the order of the rector worked as the deputy head of the department "Industrial Heat Engineering".
