Education and Career 1996 - graduated from the Saratov State Technical University with a degree in "Organization of transportation and management of road transport". 1999 - graduated from full-time postgraduate study and defended his thesis at the Saratov State Technical University in two scientific specialties 08.00.05 - "Economics and management of the national economy (transport)" and 08.00.06 - "Logistics".
