Education and Career 1977 - graduated from the Saratov Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Electricity Supply of Industrial Enterprises and Cities. 1977-1999 - worked in the Saratov State Technical University as an electrical engineer of the research laboratory of the department "Building Materials". Since 1980 - assistant, and then assistant professor of the department "Electricity supply of industrial enterprises." 1986 - defended his thesis at the Institute of Physico-Technical Problems of Energy of the Academy of Sciences of the Lithuanian SSR (Kaunas), specializing in Thermophysics and Molecular Physics (code 01.04.14).
