Education and Career 1979 - graduated with honors from the full course of the Faculty of Physics, Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky in the specialty "Physics" and received the qualification "Physicist. Teacher". 1989 - graduated from the full-time post-graduate course of the Institute of Control Problems (Automation and Telemechanics) of the Ministry of Applied Sciences and the USSR Academy of Sciences. 1989 - defended a thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences in specialty 05.13.06 - "Automated control systems".Education and Career 1979 - graduated with honors from the full course of the Faculty of Physics, Saratov State University named after N.G.
