Education and Career 2004 - graduated from Saratov State Technical University. 2007 - awarded the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences. Scientific activity Ushakova O.V. conducts active scientific activity, participates in various scientific projects of Russian and international significance. In 2014 he won the grant of the President of the Russian Federation. He makes presentations at the All-Russian and International Conferences. Ushakova O.V. published more than 30 articles, including articles indexed in SCOPUS, Web Of Science, recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation. From 2014 to the present time he is the director of the scientific and educational center "Fundamental and Applied Photonics".
