1965 - graduated with a gold medal. 1970 - graduated with honors from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky. 1973 - completed his postgraduate studies at the Department of Theoretical Mechanics and Hydro-Aerodynamics of the Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky. 1974 - defended his thesis "Asymptotic behavior of unsteady gas flows with strong shock waves". The scientific degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences was conferred. Since 1974 he has been working at the Saratov State Technical University named after Gagarin Yu.A. 1976-1978 - on a business trip of the USSR Ministry of Higher Education he worked at Annabinsky University (Algeria), where he lectured in mathematics in French. "Sultry Arab beauties and the splendor of the Roman ruins of Algeria have turned his head", which resulted in the loss of scientific orientation and the writing of the book "Mathematics and Art" (Moscow: Prosveshchenie, 1992). 1979 - awarded the academic title of Associate Professor. 19 93 - defended his thesis "The Ontology of Beauty and the Mathematical Principles of Art" for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov. Lomonosov Moscow State University. One of the opponents on defense was the well-known space designer and art critic, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences B.V. Rauschenbach, who praised the thesis. 1994 - awarded the academic title of professor. 1994-2013 - headed the chair "Culturology". 1999 - delivered public lectures at Stanford and California (Berkeley) Universities (USA). Since 2013 , he is a professor at the Department of History of the Fatherland and Culture. Under the leadership of A.V. Voloshinova protected 33 candidate dissertations and 4 doctoral dissertations. He is a member of the International Association of Empirical Aesthetics (Paris), the International Society of Arts, Sciences and Technology (San Francisco), the International Society for Mathematical Aesthetics (New York). It is included in the biographical reference books "Who is who in the world" (16-19 editions, USA), "Outstanding people of the 20th century" (the international biographical center in Cambridge), "Famous Russians" and others. He delivered reports at many international congresses, congresses and symposiums (Moscow, Paris, New York, Chicago, Rome, Prague, Avignon, Stockholm, Dresden, Copenhagen, etc.). He is fond of mountaineering, mountain skiing, tourism, photography. Preliminary results of his hobbies were summed up in the photo exhibition "Mountains and Years" (2007).
