1965 - graduated with a gold medal. 1970 - graduated with honors from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky. 1973 - completed his postgraduate studies at the Department of Theoretical Mechanics and Hydro-Aerodynamics of the Saratov State University named after N.G. Chernyshevsky. 1974 - defended his thesis "Asymptotic behavior of unsteady gas flows with strong shock waves". The scientific degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences was conferred. The first article: Voloshinov AV, Fal'kovich SV One-dimensional gas impact problem / A.V. Voloshinov, S.V. Falkovich // News of the USSR AS. Mechanics of fluid and gas. - No. 1973. - No. 6. Since 2013 , he is a professor at the Department of History of the Fatherland and Culture. Under the leadership of A.V. Voloshinova protected 33 candidate dissertations and 4 doctoral dissertations. He is a member of the International Association of Empirical Aesthetics (Paris), the International Society of Arts, Sciences and Technology (San Francisco), the International Society for Mathematical Aesthetics (New York). It is included in the biographical reference books "Who is who in the world" (16-19 editions, USA), "Outstanding people of the 20th century" (the international biographical center in Cambridge), "Famous Russians" and others.
